Description
Keemun Black Tea
A light tea with characteristic stone fruit and slightly smoky notes in the aroma and a gentle, malty, non-astringent taste reminiscent of unsweetened cocoa.
Keemun recognized as the finest black tea from China, and is enjoyed by Tea connoisseurs throughout the world.
It is tender with delicate buds and tightly rolled with distinctive golden fuzz on its leaves and glossy in appearance.
Black Tea Brewing
Instructions: Can be brewed like a loose leaf tea. Boil water (use at around 95°C) and add 1 teaspoon tea per cup of water. Pour boiled water over the tea and allow to steep for at least 2-3 minutes before straining and serving. Honey or vegan sweeteners can be used to sweeten and enhance the flavour, and milk or milk alternatives are a favourite addition.
