Shipping Updates for Christmas 2023


Auspost have released their recommended lodgement dates for pre-Christmas deliveries, so we recommend the below dates for Christmas orders:

Free Postage Option - Orders should be completed and paid by Sunday 17th of December
Express Postage Option - Orders should be completed and paid by Tuesday 19th of December

For Western Australia customers, there are currently no known delays to shipping, but please allow a couple of extra days for delivery.

Christmas and New Year Closure information

We will be closed, and no orders will be dispatched between Christmas and New Year. Orders can still be placed online, and will be sent the first week of January once we reopen. Our closure dates are below:

Thursday 21 December 2023 - Last day of shipping
Friday 22 December 2023 - CLOSED
Monday 25 December 2023 - Xmas Day CLOSED
Tuesday 26 December 2023 - Boxing Day CLOSED
Wednesday 27 December 2023 - CLOSED
Thursday 28 December 2023 - CLOSED
Friday 29 December 2023 - CLOSED
Monday 1 January 2024 - New Years Day CLOSED
Tuesday 2 January 2024 - OPEN and first day back processing and shipping orders.

There may be delays in dispatching orders the first week of January, but we will have all hands on deck to clear the waiting orders.

Parcels are sent by Australia Post, and all orders are sent with tracking. 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within Australia, as well as a flat rate of $7 for Express Post.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday), however delivery times depend on location. 

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, then we will issue either a full refund or send you a replacement. The only exception to this is when you have requested a 'safe drop' and after delivery is made your order goes missing or is stolen. We can not offer a refund in these cases.

If your item is sent back to us 'Return to Sender' due to incomplete address details, incorrect address information, not collected, or for any other reason that is not due to an error on our end, we request that the buyer covers the freight charge to send the order back out to them. We do not offer refunds on these orders due to the expenses occurred in packaging, posting, and receiving a Return to Sender item back to us.

We are charged a 'Return to Sender' fee for all items returned to us, so please ensure you check your address information carefully before finalising your order.  This will also prevent delays on receiving your order, so you can start enjoying your purchase as soon as possible!



Since early 2020 we do not offer a Pickup option, however we do have FREE postage available and we get all orders out quickly =)  If this changes in the future you will see updates to this policy here.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days).
