My Herb Clinic is a proudly Australian owned and operated family business, based on the sunny Gold Coast in Queensland. We have been passionate about herbs, natural wellness and the incredible power of plants since we first opened our doors, and that passion is woven into everything we do, from the products we choose to stock to the way we pack every single order.

We started as a small family operation with a big vision: to make high quality, ethically sourced herbs, herbal teas, essential oils and natural wellness products genuinely accessible to Australians. What began as a love of all things botanical has grown into one of Australia's most extensive online herbal stores, with hundreds of products spanning everything from individual dried herbs and loose-leaf teas to our own in-house brands, aromatherapy ranges and gourmet culinary creations.

Meet the Team

Behind every order is a small, dedicated team who genuinely care about what they do.

Kerrie is the heart of our day-to-day operations, the mumma bear of the business, our customer service extraordinaire and the person who makes sure every order is packed with care and sent out the door as quickly as possible. If you have ever received a beautifully packed parcel from us, that is Kerrie's doing.

Krystle is our resident Naturopath and the knowledge behind much of what we do. She brings a genuine depth of understanding to our product range, helping guide our selection with a focus on quality, efficacy and the real needs of our customers. She is also our general jack of all trades and the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Paul (aka Dad, Daddeo, Pa) is our tireless product sourcing and development specialist. He is the one out there finding new and remarkable products, building relationships with trusted suppliers, and making sure our range keeps growing in ways that genuinely excite and serve our community. We keep him very busy.

Together, we are a family in the truest sense, and that shows in the way we run this business. We treat our customers the way we would want to be treated: with honesty, care and a genuine commitment to getting things right.

Mia Lava® is our handcrafted aromatherapy bracelet range, designed to let you carry your favourite essential oils with you throughout the day. Each bracelet features porous lava stone beads that hold a few drops of oil and release the scent gently as you wear it.

DejaVu® is our botanical perfume range, created for those who prefer a natural, plant-based alternative to conventional fragrance.

Spice Magic® is our gourmet culinary range, bringing premium salts, spices, chilli blends and signature spice mixes to kitchens across Australia.

Essential oils through our CELESTIAL® range, including pure single oils, absolutes, attars, blends, Australian native oils and carrier oils. Natural skin, beauty and bath products, including bath salts, bath fizzy powders, botanical soaps, body oils, bath oils, botanical perfumes and aromatherapy bracelets. Gourmet culinary salts and spices through our Spice Magic® range. Incense, including resins, ritual incense and smudge products. How We Work

We process and dispatch orders within one business day, Monday to Thursday. We pack with eco-friendly materials where possible, including our home-compostable mail satchels. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 Australia-wide, and Express Post is available for a flat fee of $9 for those who need their order fast.

We also offer automatic cart discounts: orders of $100 or more receive 5% off, and orders of $200 or more receive 10% off, with no coupon code needed. Payment options include Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Apple & Google Pay, Bank Deposit, Afterpay, PayPal Pay in 4 and ZIP, with no minimum order required for buy-now-pay-later.
