Rewards Program Update
As we begin winding down My Herb Clinic, our Herb Points rewards program has now ended and no further points will be earned on purchases, account sign-ups, birthdays, referrals or reviews.
Your existing Herb Points are still yours to use. You can continue to redeem your current points balance for discount coupons until our remaining stock sells out and the store closes. We would love for you to enjoy every point you have earned, so we encourage you to redeem them soon.
How to redeem your points
1. Sign in to your My Herb Clinic account.
2. Click the Rewards button in the bottom right corner of the website to see your points balance.
3. Choose a reward to redeem and you will receive a coupon code.
4. Enter the coupon code at checkout.
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed once the store has closed. If you have any questions about your points balance, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
