Stay cool and refreshed this festive season with a delicious iced herbal tea.Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dried hibiscus petals
- 2 cups of water to boil
- a drizzle of honey
- fresh slices of lemon & orange
- fresh mint
- 1L of sparkling water
- ice cubesBoil the hibiscus petals for 10 minutes, or to preserve their natural goodness, pour boiled water over a bowl of petals, cover and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
