Suggested preparation: Add a handful of bath salts to your bath or foot spa and allow them to dissolve for a minute before getting in and having a soak! Remember not to have your bath too hot, just nice and warm.

Magnesium Oil Recipe: 1/2 cup distilled water 1/2 cup Magnesium Chloride Flakes Boil the water and then pour it over the Magnesium Flakes. Stir until dissolved, allow to cool and then store in a spray bottle. Can be used daily. Can be left on the skin, or wash it off after 30 minutes.
