TURMERIC CHAI TEA
A visually stunning premium black tea mixed with the finest chai herbs to produce one of the nicest chai teas you will ever experience.
Turmeric and spices as used in ancient Ayurvedic Practices.
Ingredients: Black tea, turmeric (curcuma), cardamom, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, black pepper.
A lovely drinking experience.
Instructions: Can be brewed like a loose leaf tea. Boil water (90°C to 100°C degrees) and add between 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon of herbal blend per cup of water. Pour boiled water over the tea and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes before straining and serving. Honey or vegan sweeteners can be used to sweeten and enhance the flavour.
For a more traditional chai tea: Place the chai in a saucepan and add desired milk. Bring gently to the boil, and simmer for 10 minutes. You can add honey or sugar to sweeten, if desired. Strain mixture into a cup - Enjoy.
