Description
A tea blend that is an amazing health powerhouse! With the high antioxidant content of green & white teas, combined with delicious exotic fruits that are high in vitamin C and the warming & anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric.
Ingredients: White tea, green tea, turmeric (curcuma), pineapple, apple, rosehips, blackberry, mint, calendula, black pepper.
Suggested preparation for Tea: 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of water. Pour boiled water over the tea and steep for 5 to 10 minutes before straining and serving. Add honey to sweeten and enhance the flavour if desired.
