ROOIBOS GREEN UNFERMENTED ORGANIC HERBAL TEA - MORE ANTIOXIDANTS THAN RED 

Traditional rooibos is created by fermenting the leaves, which turns them a red-brown colour. Green rooibos, however which is not fermented, is grassier in flavour than the traditional version of the tea, while also boasting more antioxidants.

The best part is that it is not only 100% Organic but also caffeine free so you can drink a cup of Rooibos Green tea even in the evening without worrying about being kept awake.

Once brewed it has a light green or pale yellow hue and tastes similar to green tea.

It has a earthy and grassy, mild flavour with a light body.

Green rooibos boasts much higher concentrations of antioxidants than the red rooibos as some of these antioxidants are destroyed during the oxidation process. Green Rooibos contains high concentrations of vitamins and minerals.

Herbal Tea Brewing

Instructions: Can be brewed like a loose leaf tea. Boil water (90°C to 100°C) and add between 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon of herbal blend per cup of water. Pour boiled water over the tea and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes before straining and serving.
