Description
A Tea revered in China for its deep Earthy flavor and complex aroma. Aged before being deemed drinkable and comes from the Yunnan Province in China.
It is a post fermented Tea having a Special Woody Earthy flavor. Pu-erh yields a strong colour brew but is not bitter at all and is gentle to the stomach.
It is believed to assist with Blood Sugar.
This highly complex brew has a refined gracefulness unrivaled by other pu-erhs and will glide across the palate in a subtly fragrant dance.
This is initially steeped for 2 minutes. The water temperature is best at 100 degrees.
You can also get up to 4 infusions on the one brew.
