KOSHER FLAKE SEA SALT 

This is an all-natural kosher flake sea salt, produced from the cool waters of the Pacific Ocean.

Delivering all of the beneficial nutrients of sea salt whilst also maintaining the kosher flake texture.

All natural, not being refined and having no additives. Used in everything from cooking & baking to finishing at the dinner table, melting quickly and blending well with other dry ingredients.

The crystals are shaped like small, hollow pyramids, as in the tradition of the Kosher flake style.

Storage conditions... store in a cool, dry place. Some salts may retain moisture and become clumpy over time - this is normal as our salts are 100% natural and does not affect the quality of the salt.
