This is a unique Hawaiian black lava salt that has been solar evaporated with activated charcoal and boasting a stunning black color with silky texture.
Prized by chefs for its unique jet black colour, blended with activated charcoal from coconut shells.
Best paired with red meat, pork, fish, eggplant, potatoes, sashimi, scallops, fruit, kale, buttered popcorn and avocado. A bold and unique taste with smoky overtones great to add to any dish including grilled meats, seafood, vegetables, and salads. Especially good for sushi and chicken.
