Description

MY HERB CLINIC ® ROOT CHAKRA HERBAL TEA - MIND BODY BALANCE

A tea to attune and balance the Root Chakra. Give yourself permission to develop and maintain balance and stability.

The drinking of this tea will open your consciousness thereby allowing you to access deeper mind states.

A blocked Root Chakra can lead to you often feeing fatigued

This is a special tea prepared naturopathically containing specially selected Herbs of Raspberry Leaf, Dandelion Root, Ashwaganda Root and Hibiscus Flowers.

Whilst drinking you Root Chakra tea be seated in a relaxed manner and try to focus on the area where your heart is. Think calming thoughts of Balance, Grounding and Stability. See yourself receiving grounded energy. Feel yourself being secure and safe.  After you have finished your tea you may wish to expand on this moment. To do this sit back in a comfortable chair or lie down and close your eyes. Feel or visualise a red ball of light at the base of your spine. This ball of red light radiates Stability and Balance. Allow these feelings to fill your consciousness. If you feel your mind wandering just gently bring it back to focusing on the ball of red light. Stay in this state for between 5 and 20 minutes or even longer if you like. When you are finished tap your leg with your hand 3 times thus signifying your return to normal consciousness.

You may also wish to regulate your breathing while activating your Root Chakra. This will enhance your experience. To do this merely breath in to a count of four, hold the breath for a count of two and breath out for a count of four, Hold for another count of two and then repeat for the duration of the Chakra session. You may quietly thank the Universe for the experience to conclude if you wish.
