Organic Green Rooibos Blend

Ingredients: Green Rooibos, Peppermint, and Nettle Leaf.

Rooibos is a delicious herbal tea that does not contain caffeine. It is a lovely flowering shrub with yellow flowers. When its green leaves are oxidized their colour changes to a beautiful garnet like colour. Both the oxidized garnet coloured Rooibos and the unoxidized green Rooibos are smooth and have a caramel & honey mellow and delicious sweetness.

At My Herb Clinic we never use artificial flavours or enhancers.

Rooibos Tea Brewing

Instructions: Can be brewed like a loose-leaf tea. Boil water (use at around 95°C) and add 1 teaspoon tea per cup of water. Pour boiled water over the tea and allow too steep for at least 3-5 minutes before straining and serving. 

Rooibos also makes a delightful, iced tea with fruit added for fun!
