Black Cohosh Root, also known as Black Snakeroot, Bugbane and Rattleweed, is a native North American herb that has been used throughout history as a herbal remedy, particularly related to Women’s Health. This herb is chopped and ready to use as a loose leaf tea, and can be blended with other herbs to enjoy as a herbal tea.

Tea Instructions: Can be brewed like a loose leaf tea. Boil water (90°C to 100°C degrees) and add between 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon of herbal blend per cup of water. Pour boiled water over the tea and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes before straining and serving.  Honey or vegan sweeteners can be used. 

Herbal teas can often be rebrewed between sittings.
