This stunning absolute has sweet, floral notes with honeyed, balsamic spice undertones. It is extracted from the tiny creamy white flowers of the Elder tree, also called European Elder, Black Elder, Elderberry, Elder Tree, Alder. 

Used in high class floral bouquets, this absolute is adored by natural perfumers for the sacred, almost mythical aroma.

This absolute is not diluted with any fillers or carrier oils.  We will always state if a product has a carrier oil, such as Jojoba, and is ready for topical application.  If you want to apply this topically, simply dilute 3 to 5% essential oil into 95 to 97% carrier oil.
