Organic Sticky Chai

Ingredients: Honey, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Ginger, Black Tea, Cardamom, Turmeric, Aniseed, Peppercorn, Clove & Salt.
A blend of Black Tea with Ginger, Cardamom, Cloves, Star Anise, Turmeric, Black Peppercorns and the secret ingredient, Himalayan Honey. Totally sweet, sticky and yumolicious so that you get buttery toffee notes that are mellow and toasty. For extra flavour garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Black Tea Brewing
Instructions: Can be brewed like a loose leaf tea. Boil water (use at around 95°C) and add 1 teaspoon tea per cup of water. Pour boiled water over the tea and allow to steep for at least 2-3 minutes before straining and serving. Honey or vegan sweeteners can be used to sweeten and enhance the flavour, and milk or milk alternatives are a favourite addition.
Chai Tea
For a more traditional chai tea: Place the chai in a saucepan and add desired milk. Bring gently to the boil, and simmer for 10 minutes. You can add honey or sugar to sweeten, if desired. Strain mixture into a cup - Enjoy.
