MY HERB CLINIC ® HEART CHAKRA HERBAL TEA - MIND BODY BALANCE
A tea to attune and balance the Heart Chakra. Give yourself permission to freely accept and give Love and Joy.
The drinking of this tea will open your consciousness thereby allowing you to access deeper mind states.
A blocked Heart Chakra can occur when there is a predominance of negativity or toxic persons or relationships in your life.
This is a special tea prepared naturopathically containing specially selected Herbs of Hawthorn Berry, Hawthorn Leaf and Flower, Hyssop, Lavender Superblue, and Jasmine Flowers.
Whilst drinking you Heart Chakra tea be seated in a relaxed manner and try to focus on the area where your heart is. Think calming thoughts of Peace and Love. After you have finished your tea you may wish to expand on this moment. To do this sit back in a comfortable chair or lie down and close your eyes. Feel or visualise a green ball of light in the middle of your chest approximately where your heart is but more to the center. This ball of green light radiates Love and Peace. Allow these feelings to fill your consciousness. If you feel your mind wandering just gently bring it back to focusing on the ball of green light. Stay in this state for between 5 and 20 minutes or even longer if you like. When you are finished tap your leg with your hand 3 times thus signifying your return to normal consciousness.
You may also wish to regulate your breathing while activating your Heart Chakra. This will enhance your experience. To do this merely breath in to a count of four, hold the breath for a count of two and breath out for a count of four, Hold for another count of two and then repeat for the duration of the Chakra session. You may quietly thank the Universe for the experience to conclude if you wish.
