Green Tea Brewing
Instructions: Can be brewed like a loose-leaf tea. Boil water (use at around 70-80°C or combine ¼ cold water in ¾ boiled water) and add 1 teaspoon of tea per cup of water. Pour your water over the tea and allow it to steep. For Japanese sencha, steep for 1-3 minutes, while other types of green tea can be steeped for up to 4 minutes. Strain and serve.
Lemon or natural sweeteners, like honey or sugar, are popular additions.
