Matcha Tea Brewing

Instructions: Add 1 teaspoon of matcha powder to a cup or matcha bowl, and combine with boiled water at no hotter than 80°C. Temperatures higher than this will cause the brew to be more bitter. Stir to combine in an M motion, removing all lumps. Top up your cup or bowl with more hot water, stirring as you do this. Add enough hot water to suit your preferred strength of matcha. Serve and enjoy!
