Clivers, also known as Cleavers, is an edible weed that grows during the season of spring. The plant is inodorous and has a somewhat bitterish taste. This is because Clivers comes from the same family as coffee. Clivers can be added to different salads or drunk by itself as a tea.
Loose Leaf Tea Instructions: Can be brewed like a loose leaf tea. Boil water (90°C to 100°C degrees) and add between 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon of herbal blend per cup of water. Pour boiled water over the tea and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes before straining and serving. Honey or vegan sweeteners can be used
Herbal teas can often be rebrewed between sittings.
