This stunning absolute has floral notes with a strong green-leafy base, and hints of woody and earthy underpinnings. It is extracted from the sweet smelling leaves of the Violet plants, also known as Sweet Violet, English Violet, Florist's Violet, Garden Violet and Common Violet. 

It is considered a rare oil, and is time consuming and expensive to produce, however it is well worth it as Violet contains natural constituents, known as ionones or Rose ketones, that are prized in perfumery for being highly adaptable.

It has a scent is perfect to pair with meditative practice as it exudes a peaceful and calming aroma. 

This absolute is not diluted with any fillers or carrier oils.  We will always state if a product has a carrier oil, such as Jojoba, and is ready for topical application.  If you want to apply this topically, simply dilute 3 to 5% essential oil into 95 to 97% carrier oil.
