INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE. 

Anoint the roll on oil onto your temples, palms. Either lie down on your back or sit in a comfortable chair. Close your eyes and visualise in your minds eye a ball of light in the appropriate colour at the chakra area being worked on about the size of a dinner plate.
