Cassia oil is extracted through steam distillation method from the bark of the Cinnamon Cassia tree. It is also known as false cinnamon and Cassia lignea. 

This beautiful tree originates from Southern China and has become widely cultivated throughout southern and eastern Asia.  It is closely related to 'True Cinnamon' or Cinnamomum verum, which originates from Sri Lanka.

Also uplifting to that part of us that isn't physical and promotes feelings of balance, concentration, inspiration and creativity.
