Personal Note from Krystle:

This powder just smelled and looked so good that I had to grab some cookies we had in the office and fancy them up for everyone to try.  I used gluten free Gingernuts, and Chocolate ripple biscuits, dipped in melted chocolate, then sprinkled on some Raspberry powder, and let it set in the fridge for a minute.  It was a quick and easy process, and the Gingernuts were a particular favourite.  The spiciness of the Ginger combined beautifully with the sweetness of the white chocolate, and the burst of rich, tart, and sweet Raspberry.
Next up, I want to try this one in a cheesecake, and a friend suggested it would work well with macaroons!
