Passionflower is a native plant to the Americas and has been used for hundreds of years as a traditional medicinal herb. It is currently a popular remedy for many naturopaths and herbalists. Passionflower also brews a lovely mellow and relaxing cup of tea.
Suggested preparation for Tea: 1-2 teaspoons of herb per cup of water, boil water and pour over the herb. Allow to steep for 5 - 10 minutes and enjoy. Add honey to sweeten if desired.
Herbal teas can often be rebrewed between sittings.
