Ingredients: Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa), Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis), Ashwaganda (Withania somnifera), St Johns Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Red Clover (Trifolium pratense), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Lemon Verbena (Alousia triphylla), Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia), Rose Petals (Rosa centifolia), Dried Hibiscus Flower (Hibiscus Sabdariffa) and Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra).

This is a beautiful herbal tea blend that can be enjoyed anytime of the day as it is caffeine free. Simply pop a teabag in a cup of boiled water, and allow it to steep for around 5 minutes, then enjoy. The blend of herbs in this tea are quite pleasing and enjoyable.

Serving Suggestions: Add 1 teabag and brew in 100ºC water for 5-10 minutes. Add a dash of honey for sweetness if desired.
