Through ancient and medieval times the source of cinnamon was a mystery and those that knew of the secret spread many myths about it to increase it's value. Cinnamon is incredibly versatile and has been widely used as a spice for thousands of years. It is commonly added to sweet and savoury foods, herbal teas, potpourri, cloth sachets, sleep pillows, incense, soaps, toothpastes, cosmetics and shampoos. Cinnamon has been prized and sought after for thousands of years. 
This is true cinnamon and not the cheap alternative cinnamon that most suppliers sell.

Herbal Powder Brewing

Instructions: Add 1 teaspoon of herbal powder to a cup or bowl, and combine with a small amount of boiled water at around 90°C to 100°C. Stir to combine, and top up your cup or bowl with more hot water, stirring as you do this. Add enough hot water to suit your preferred strength of tea. Serve and enjoy.
