Our Fennel Essential Oil is Organically grown in the Hungarian countryside and then the small, aromatic seeds are harvested and steam distilled.

Aromatically, it is a is a middle note possessing a fresh, sweet, earthy, spicy, anise-like aromas which is why it is used in natural perfumery and blends very well with other essential oils in the citrus, mint, wood and spice families.

It is popularly used by aromatherapists, in diffusers, in perfume blends, in soothing balms and muscle rubs, in skincare products, and even added to the bath!

If you are going to apply any essential oil topically, ensure that you first dilute it to a maximum of 3 to 5% concentration in a carrier oil or balm base.  Essential oils are highly concentrated and can cause irritation or injury when applied neat.
