Nepeta cataria also known as catnip, catswort and catmint is indigenous to Eastern and Southern Europe especially France. The herbaceous plant of Lamiaceae family extends 50 to 100 cm in height and blooms small flowers of pink or white colour.
Catnip Essential oil enhances comfort during difficult emotional times, and motivates during times of anxiety, stress and depression.
