INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE. 

Anoint the roll on oil onto your temples, palms and the middle of your forehead. Either lie down on your back or sit in a comfortable chair. Close your eyes and visualise in your minds eye a ball of violet light about the size of a small plate above your eyes in the middle of your forehead. Focus your mind on this spiritual light and feel its Divine presence. Stay in this state for as long as you desire. When you are finished that the Universe and return to your normal world.
