Monk Fruit is a fruit that was commonly used by monks that lived in the misty mountains of China. They used this fruit (also known as Luo Han Guo or Buddha Fruits) for its intense sweetness and as a traditional Chinese medicine for centuries.

Monk Fruit Juice Powder is a natural extract from Monk Fruits. The Fruit is juiced, and the juice is dried to form a powder which is naturally intensely sweet.

While Monk Fruit does naturally contain sugars like fructose and glucose, it is not very high in sugar with less than 3g of sugar per 100g of powder, and the intense sweetness actually comes from naturally occurring antioxidants called Mogrosides that are unique to Monk Fruit.

Herbal Powder Brewing Instructions: Add 1 teaspoon of herbal powder to a cup or bowl, and combine with a small amount of boiled water at around 90°C to 100°C. Stir to combine, and top up your cup or bowl with more hot water, stirring as you do this. Add enough hot water to suit your preferred strength of tea. Serve and enjoy.

You can also add herbal powders to soups, stews, smoothies, and juices, or combine with other herbs! Is also great to include in cooking and baking as it is naturally sweeter than sugar

Herbal teas can often be rebrewed between sittings.
